The Casa delle Noci is an ancient villa in the Modena countryside.
The structure is equipped with a private swimming pool ml. 12, 4 m wide and 1.20 m deep, with the entrance steps that can be used as a children's pool.
Heated whirlpool with 4 seats and a sunbed, with radio, DVD/CD, chromotherapy, aromatherapy and ozone sterilizer, the solarium area is open from mid-March to October. Around the pool, in the solarium, sunbeds are available for guests and sun umbrellas.
The porch next to the swimming pool is equipped with a sitting room and a dining area complete with barbecue.
The garden of over 1000 square meters. it is surrounded by an orchard with apples, pears, grapes, peaches and plums, while the rest of the land is planted with walnuts. We have about 500 walnut trees with which we produce the famous "Nocino di Modena".
Since 1982, on the top floor of the villa, we have been producing traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena with a "battery" of barrels in various woods; the vinegar is consumed familiarly and a small amount is available for guests.
A private SPA is available on the ground floor of the villa. Access is permitted only to those over the age of 18. Children or teenagers cannot access the Spa. It is a former stable, used as a wellness centre. Equipped with a heated infinity pool with hydromassages and chromotherapy measuring 3 meters by 2 meters. Relaxation area with two beds and herbal tea area with kettle. Radio for music therapy. Shower area with chromotherapy and tropical shower head, waterfall and steam mist. Access is upon request.
The accommodation that is offered is an apartment of 130 square meters. located on the first floor, in an independent villa, maximum capacity of 7 people, comprising entrance hall, lounge/living room and kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Pink room: suite with double bed for 2 people and private bathroom with walk-in shower.
Yellow room: King size double bed and single bed, for 3 people.
Silver room: with French double bed, for 2 people
Second bathroom with shower..
The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, fan oven, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine with capsules, toaster, American coffee machine, moka, tea kettle.
Guests are provided with everything needed for a good breakfast (three types of coffee, tea, milk, fruit juices, biscuits, croissants, cereals, yoghurt, toasted bread with ham and cheese, eggs and bacon, rusks, jam , butter, fresh fruit, etc.).
Available for Guests, a taste of our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and a set of liqueurs, also of our production: Nocino and Limoncino.
Accessories: satellite TV in the living room, washing machine, external drying rack, hairdryer in both bathrooms, free WIFI in the house and in the poolside solarium, courtyard with parking, independent heating and air conditioning, bed linen, kitchen linen, bath towels, towels for the pool and bathrobes for the SPA, shampoo and shower gel, detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher, first aid kit.
WE ARE GREEN: in the villa and in the outdoor spaces we carry out separate waste collection: you will find bins divided by paper, plastic, glass and wet.The villa is equipped with a water purifier and softener. In the fridge you will find glass bottles. Even the external veranda is equipped with a refrigerator with glass bottles for water.The villa is powered by 8 kw of photovoltaic panels, 9 kw of batteries for night consumption.The hot water for the bathrooms and the spa (hot tub) is heated by a 300 liter heat pump powered by photovoltaic panels.
The parking for Guests is equipped with charging for electric cars (WALLBOX)
Bicycles are available free of charge for guests to visit our beautiful countryside.
